A Word from Our Founding Director

International buyers don't need another supplier. They need a partner who owns the process — who knows the land, knows the growers, and stands behind every shipment. That is what we built Cairo Fields to be. Not a trading company that sources whatever is available. A business that plans supply from the field, controls quality through packing, and delivers with commitment. Fifteen years of doing this has taught us that reliability is not a promise you make. It is the result of the work you do every season, every shipment, every time.

How we work

Direct farm control, national reach, and export discipline in one relationship.

Most exporters source produce. Most farms grow it. Cairo Fields does both, then manages the practical details that make a shipment ready for international buyers.

01

Owned Cultivation

Cairo Fields operates farms in Wadi El Natron and Menoufia. Direct land access gives us better control over crop planning, harvest timing, and quality expectations from the ground up.

02

National Sourcing Network

Beyond our own land, we work with trusted growers and packhouses across Egypt. This lets buyers cover additional crop lines, specifications, and volume windows at scale.

03

Export Readiness

We coordinate quality checks, packing, documentation, and shipment preparation so buyers can move from requirement to release with one accountable team.

Our people

A field-led team with practical buyer focus.

Cairo Fields is led by agricultural professionals who have spent more than 15 years working directly with Egypt's growers, packhouses, and export partners.

That history matters because reliable supply is not built at the moment an order arrives. It is built through crop planning, field visits, specification alignment, and long-term relationships with people who understand the harvest.
